Service call rate is $145-$275 which includes the first hour. Any additional time is $95/hour. There will also be additional costs if parts are needed and we will always ask before proceeding replacing a part. We carry most universal parts with about a 15% chance of us needing to order a part. If a part needs to be ordered it will require a return trip payment of $145-$180 to install the part. Make sure your fireplace has been off for 24 hours before scheduled service and the area in front of the fireplace is clear for our technician to service it. Payment will be required at time of service. If the owner/landlord of a rental property cannot be present at time of service, a form of prepayment will be required.
